Promiseas are two side-by-side villas in Jamaica. Each villa is beautifully decorated with excellent uses of local wood such as Modern Teak, Guango, Spanish Elm, and driftwood. In addition, the Promiseas villas have unique water features throughout the property and modern architecture by Jeremy Millingen.

Promiseas 1 has unique designs such as a curved shingle roof, a curved mirrored entrance ceiling with contemporary lighting that helps to highlight the areas, and the Blue Mahoe ceilings. While Promiseas 2 has a glass atrium in the center of the living room with a gorgeous Teak tree growing through the open top in the third-floor treehouse bedroom.

This Jamaica vacation rental is fully staffed with chefs, butlers, housekeepers, personal laundresses, and gardeners. Outside there are two infinity-edge pools, a hot tub that fits ten guests, and an ocean-edge dining area for 16 guests. There is also ocean access, a sandy beach with loungers, a beach BBQ area, and sunbathing terraces. Guests also have a private clay tennis court that has racquets and balls available. A private gym is equipped with stationary bikes, Cybex lat row, multi-leg press, leg extension, leg curl, two treadmills, a stair climber, and 5-50 lb weights. Inside there is also a game room that provides access to the second-floor terrace equipped with multiple seating areas. The private underground spa is the perfect place for guests to relax and recharge while on a perfect Jamaican vacation. Promiseas villas give guests the ultimate vacation from the comfort of their private property.
